Accessing Settings
- iPhone: Tap the Settings tab at the bottom of the screen
- iPad / Mac: Open Settings from the sidebar, or use ⌘ ,
Company Info
Your company profile is used on every PDF invoice you export. Fill this in before creating your first invoice.
Fields

Uploading a Logo
Tap the logo placeholder to pick an image from your Photos library. The logo is embedded in PDF exports automatically.
Currency
Kwilio Projects supports 40+ currencies. Set your default currency in Company Info → Currency. The selected currency symbol is used across invoices and throughout the app.
Supported currencies include: USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, AUD, CAD, CHF, CNY, INR, ILS, NOK, RUB, ZAR, BRL, KRW, SGD, HKD, MXN, NZD, SEK, TRY, AED, ARS, CLP, COP, CZK, DKK, HUF, IDR, MYR, PHP, PLN, THB, TWD, UAH, VND, and more.
Git Integrations
Connect GitHub and Bitbucket accounts to track code progress alongside tasks.
Settings → Git Integrations:
- Tap Connect GitHub or Connect Bitbucket to start the OAuth flow
- Once connected, your username is shown with a Disconnect button
- You can connect multiple accounts simultaneously (e.g. personal GitHub + work Bitbucket)
OAuth tokens are stored securely in the system Keychain. See Git Integration for the full guide.
Premium Subscription
Settings → Go Premium (or ⌘ ⇧ U on Mac):
- View available plans: Monthly and Yearly
- Purchase via Apple’s standard in-app purchase flow (StoreKit)
- Restore Purchases — tap to restore a previous subscription if you’ve reinstalled the app or switched devices
- The yearly plan offers significant savings over monthly

iCloud Sync
Kwilio Projects syncs automatically via iCloud when you’re signed in to the same Apple ID on all your devices. No manual setup is required.
If you’re not seeing data sync:
- Confirm you’re signed in to the same Apple ID on all devices
- Check that iCloud is enabled for Kwilio Projects: iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Kwilio Projects
- Give it a moment — initial sync on a new device can take up to a minute
Notification Preferences
Settings → Notification Preferences lets you choose which notification types and priority levels you want to receive, and configure quiet hours. See Notifications for details.
