The Trial

Every new organisation starts on a 14-day trial — no card, every feature. When it ends, you pick a plan from the Billing page inside the app.

Nothing is deleted while you decide.

Plans

Pricing is per seat, where a seat is an active member or a pending invite.

Every plan has every feature. The only difference is how many people fit.

Change plan at any time. Deactivating someone frees their seat, and their work stays attributed to them.

Payment

Plans are paid through PayPal from the Billing page inside the app.

An organisation that later lapses keeps working until the end of the period it paid for. A failed payment shows a banner rather than locking you out — cards fail for boring reasons.

AI Costs

AI is billed by whichever provider's key you use — never by us. Point the app at a model running on your own machine and nothing is billed at all. See AI Features.

Your Account

  • Email verification — signing up sends you a six-digit code. People joining from an invitation aren't asked; their organisation already vouches for the address.
  • Password reset — Forgot password on the sign-in screen emails a code. Resetting also verifies the address, because reading a code out of the inbox is the same proof.
  • Multiple organisations — one account can belong to several, with a different role in each. See Teams & Sharing.

Updates

The app checks for updates when it starts and offers what it finds. Installing is always your choice — the app isn't swapped out from under you mid-sentence.

Updates are signature-verified before anything is written to disk, so a compromised download server still can't ship you a binary. The Mac build is notarized by Apple.

Update offers appear on the sign-in screens too, so a version too old to complete sign-in can still be told an update exists.

Every release is also on the download page, and the changelog lists what changed.

Getting Your Data Out

Most of it you can do yourself from inside the app. For a full export or a deletion, ask — there's no charge for either, and it won't be made difficult.

What We Don't Collect

No analytics, no crash reporter, no session recording, no advertising code. There is no column for your IP address because nothing writes one.
