Kwilio ("we", "us", or "our") builds apps for Apple platforms — macOS, iOS, and iPadOS. This Privacy Policy explains what information our apps collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
Our apps are designed to work without requiring you to create an account or provide personal information. Any data you enter into our apps (such as tasks, notes, or settings) is stored locally on your device or, if you enable iCloud sync, in your personal iCloud account. We never have access to this data.
Automatically collected information
We may receive anonymous, aggregated crash reports and usage statistics through Apple's built-in analytics tools (available only if you have opted in to sharing analytics with developers on your device). This data does not include personally identifiable information and is used solely to improve app stability and performance.
Information we do not collect
- We do not collect your name, email address, or contact information.
- We do not track your location.
- We do not build profiles or share data with advertisers.
- We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs inside our apps.
2. iCloud Sync
Some of our apps offer optional iCloud sync so your data is available across your Apple devices. When enabled, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy . We cannot access this data.
3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store payment information. For details, see Apple's Privacy Policy .
4. Children's Privacy
Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
5. Data Retention
Because we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data for us to retain or delete. Your app data lives on your device and/or iCloud account and can be deleted at any time by removing the app or clearing its data in your device settings.
6. Third-Party Links
Our apps or website may contain links to third-party sites or services (such as the App Store). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties and encourage you to review their policies.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of our apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
