Overview

The Analytics dashboard is a Pro feature. It gives you a data-driven view of your client relationships — how your client base is growing, how well you’re following up, and where your attention should be focused.

Click the chart icon in the main toolbar to open it (800×600 minimum window size).

Timeframe

A segmented control at the top lets you switch between:

  • Weekly — data broken into the last 12 weeks
  • Monthly — data broken into the last 6 months

All charts update when you change the timeframe.

Metrics Cards

Three headline numbers sit at the top of the dashboard:

CardWhat it shows
Total ClientsYour total client count, with a month-over-month growth percentage
New This MonthHow many clients were added in the last 30 days
Completion RatePercentage of follow-ups marked as completed

Charts

Growth Trend

A line and area chart showing how your client count has changed over time.

  • Weekly view: Last 12 weeks, labelled Week 1 through Week 12
  • Monthly view: Last 6 months, labelled by month abbreviation

The line uses a blue-to-purple gradient, with a semi-transparent fill underneath. Use this chart to spot growth spurts, quiet periods, or a plateau that might indicate it’s time to find new leads.

Client Status Distribution

A donut chart showing how your clients are split across the three statuses:

  • 🟠 Waiting for Money
  • 🔵 Waiting for Feedback
  • Other

A legend beside the chart shows the name and count for each segment. A large proportion in the waiting states is a signal that you may need to be more proactive about chasing responses.

Follow-up Performance

A bar chart with three categories:

  • 🟢 Completed — follow-ups you’ve marked done
  • 🔵 Pending — follow-ups still in the future
  • 🔴 Overdue — follow-ups whose reminder date has passed and aren’t completed

A high overdue bar relative to completed suggests follow-ups are being created but not acted on.

AI Insights (Apple Intelligence)

Below the charts, Micro-CRM generates a CRM Health Summary and a set of Insight Cards powered by Apple Intelligence.

How It Works

On devices running macOS 15.1+ with Apple Silicon, Micro-CRM uses Apple’s on-device language models to analyse your metrics and generate personalised, plain-language insights. All processing happens on your Mac — no data leaves the device.

On older hardware, a rule-based engine generates insights automatically based on the same metrics.

Insight Cards

Each card has a title, description, and priority level:

PriorityColourExample
High🔴 Red”You have 4 overdue follow-ups”
Medium🟠 Orange”Your follow-up completion rate is below 50%“
Low🔵 Blue”Strong growth — 3 new clients this week”

The rule-based engine also detects:

  • More than a third of clients waiting for payment (high priority alert)
  • Month-over-month growth above 20% (positive signal)
  • Month-over-month client decline above 10% (medium priority)
  • Follow-up completion rate above 80% (positive reinforcement)

CRM Health Summary

A purple card below the insight list shows a generated text summary of your overall CRM health — written in plain language, covering your growth trend, follow-up habits, and any areas that need attention.
