Why Track Income?

Adding your income to Kwilio Bills Pro gives you a complete picture of your cash flow — not just what you owe, but how much you have coming in. This lets the Insights screen show a realistic view of your financial position each month.

Adding an Income Source

  1. Open the Income tab (or press ⌘ ⇧ I on iPad/Mac)
  2. Tap the + button
  3. Fill in the income details
  4. Tap Save

Viewing Income

The Income tab shows all your income sources with their name, amount, and next occurrence date. A total at the top of the list shows your combined income for the current period.

Use the search bar to quickly find a specific income source if your list is long.

Income in the Overview & Insights

Your income appears in:

  • Overview — the dashboard shows income alongside bills so you can see net cash flow at a glance
  • Insights — income is plotted alongside spending in the monthly trend chart so you can see whether you’re spending more or less than you’re earning

Deleting an Income Source

Swipe left on an income source and tap Delete, or open it and use the trash icon. This removes all future occurrences of that income from the timeline.
