Welcome to Kwilio Bills Pro
Kwilio Bills Pro helps you track every recurring bill, stay ahead of payment deadlines, and understand your spending — all in one native app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
This guide walks you through the basics so you can hit the ground running.
First Launch
When you open Kwilio Bills Pro for the first time you’ll see a short onboarding walkthrough covering the three pillars of the app:
- Organise Your Bills — add all your recurring payments in one place
- Smart Reminders — get notified before bills are due
- See the Bigger Picture — track spending trends and analytics
Tap Get Started to enter the app.
Main Sections
Kwilio Bills Pro is organised into nine sections, accessible from the sidebar (iPad/Mac) or tab bar (iPhone):

Quick Setup Checklist
Follow these steps to get fully set up:
- Add your categories — create a few to organise your bills (e.g. Housing, Subscriptions, Transport)
- Add your bills — start with the big recurring ones: rent, utilities, subscriptions
- Enable notifications — go to Settings → Notifications and grant permission
- Set your currency — go to Settings and pick your local currency
- Enable iCloud Sync — sign in to iCloud to sync across all your Apple devices
- Try Apple Intelligence — enable it in Settings → Apple Intelligence for smart categorisation and insights
